Build a mixed crew
Four copies of the same person can’t row a boat. Mix it up.

Different people see different things.
In business, the worst team is four copies of the same person. If everyone is a great talker, who builds? If everyone loves maths, who makes the video? We promote mixed crews: different sections, different strengths, different backgrounds. The more different your crew, the better your chances.

Fill your boat
Tap roles to fill up to 5 seats in your boat.
No experience? That’s fineNobody expects a CV from Class 8. Tell us what you’re good at, or just curious about. The whole point is to build your first real experience.
One student, one crewEach student can be in only one submitted team. We check class + section + roll number, so a second team with the same student will be blocked.
Ask your parents first
For every member we’ll ask for a parent’s name and phone number, and a tick saying they know you’re applying. Talk to them early: they might know a mentor too.
For your application, you’ll need:
- 3 to 5 members, all from Class 8 or 9: name, class, section, roll number
- Email and WhatsApp number for each
- A role for each person and what they bring
- Each parent’s name, phone and OK
